Tamara has a deep belief in the human brain’s capacity to change. She has worked with severe cases of chronic physical and emotional pain and has witnessed first hand how we have the ability to rebuild and renew from even the most devastating circumstances. Being Health Questions

I bring deep listening and intention to my client sessions, but as a relational therapist I also believe in bringing openness, realness and humor. I am originally from the UK so I have a British accent.

I have experience working with patients with a history of childhood trauma, whether big T or little t.

As someone who has themselves struggled with chronic health conditions in the past I know first-hand how entwined the mind and body are. In my opinion it is impossible to consider one without the other.

A good long bath with peaceful music and lavender essential oil, for multi-sensory nervous-system rebalancing.
