Being Health Questions

I believe the body’s natural state is health and vitality, and the body will heal when given the right conditions and care. I also believe the mind and body are inextricably linked - one cannot heal fully without healing the other. Come with an open mind and a belief you can heal. Collaboratively, we will find the tools you need to unlock your own inner healer.

Chronic conditions of all types including digestive issues, autoimmunity, other inflammatory conditions, thyroid conditions, metabolic disorders, hormonal issues, long COVID and EBV, fatigue, insomnia, skin issues like eczema and psoriasis, brain fog, allergies, weight issues, migraines, chronic pain, mental health issues of all kinds and many more.

Being Health KNOWS the mind, body and spirit are connected and has created a place where these facets of our human selves can all come together.

My morning meditation practice is a non-negotiable. By cultivating gratitude, compassion, love and connection every morning, my practice is the foundation of my life, which of course is built moment by precious moment, in the present now.
