Being Health Questions

I am dedicated to providing equitable and inclusive care to all, through providing a trauma-informed and identity-affirming space where your whole self is welcome.

I have clinical experience treating a wide range of both medical and mental health conditions, including experience working with the LGBTQ+ population.

I highly value a collaborative and individualized approach to patient care, providing care that honors your unique lived experience.

Modern psychiatric care is often fragmented. The integrated care model helps bridge this gap, fostering improved health outcomes through cross-team collaboration to deliver evidence-based care that addresses both mind and body.

I maintain a regular routine that includes some form of physical activity, such as lifting, walking, and biking.
