Claudine Sapini, PMHNP
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
She / Her
Claudine is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Molloy University. She works with both adolescents and adults, and has supported people through a wide range of mental health challenges across many different settings.
Claudine believes that no two people are alike, so she tailors every treatment plan to the individual in front of her. Her approach is both supportive and motivating. She meets patients where they are while gently challenging them to grow. Above all, her care is centered on each patient's own goals, helping them reach their fullest potential through thoughtful, compassionate treatment.
She's also a strong believer in the power of a connected care team. At Being Health, psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, therapists, and wellness providers work together on a single, unified plan, so you can focus on feeling better instead of piecing together care from different places.

What should a new client know about working with you?
I have been working in various settings in NY and CT since 2019. My range of experience includes community mental health clinics and inpatient treatment programs, addressing concerns from depression, mood disorders, anxiety, to PTSD. I am dedicated to delivering compassionate, evidence‑based mental health care that honors the deep connection between mind and body.

What can you share that would be relevant to prospective patients?
I have extensive experience performing psychiatric evaluation and medication management while utilizing holistic modalities such as red light therapy, Reiki, and meditation.
What do you find most interesting about Being Health's integrated care model?
What I find most compelling about Being Health's integrated care model is how closely it aligns with my own clinical approach. I believe in treating the whole person, and here psychiatric care, therapy, interventional treatments, and wellness services all work together to support meaningful, lasting healing. That integrated model reflects the founding vision of Dr. Allie Sharma, who created Being Health to address the full picture of mental and physical health.
What’s your favorite thing to do for self care?
For self-care, I turn to meditation and energy healing, which help me stay grounded and bring my best self to the people I work with.
